  Demolition of a 150,000 square foot, concrete tee building. Site clearing and hauling of 250 tons of concrete material all reused as clean fill.

  Demolition of an existing beryllium plant located in Reading PA. Multiple buildings of varying heights and large steel air handlers.

Dodge Cork

  One of the most logistically challenging jobs in Lancaster history as a five story wall was dismantled safely less than ten feet from a state road with high power wires. All steel, lumber and aggregate that was on site was recycled.

Industrial Plaza of York

Buchart Horn, Inc.

  Site was located in center city York. A 180-foot section of road had to be initially secured before demolition could begin. The first part of the project included demolishing and removing a four-story building that was in a state of pre-demolition collapse. The second part of the project was a complete interior gut of a five story steel building that was stripped back to the steel. This building was also in a state of pre-demolition collapse and had no floors.

  This site was a sprawling 40,000 square foot wood structure. All wood from this project was turned into mulch.

Red Rose Bus Barn

  Large historic building located in center city Lancaster included trolley barn with offices, repair garages and storage.
